About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Social Media Manager to lead the social media strategy and execution for Olverin Ventures and a portfolio of our clients. You will own the social presence — from channel strategy and content calendar to community management and paid amplification — across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and X.
This is a senior, autonomous role. You will not be executing someone else’s plan — you will be building and running the plan, reporting directly to leadership, and measuring your own success through engagement, follower growth, and measurable contribution to lead generation and brand authority.
What You Will Do
- Develop and own the social media strategy for Olverin Ventures and assigned client accounts
- Build and manage monthly content calendars across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and X
- Write, design (or direct design of), and publish platform-optimized content consistently
- Manage community engagement — comments, DMs, mentions — maintaining brand voice at all times
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid social campaigns on Meta and LinkedIn
- Track and report on performance metrics: reach, engagement rate, follower growth, link clicks, and lead attribution
- Collaborate with the SEO and content teams to align social with broader organic growth strategy
- Stay ahead of platform algorithm changes, content trends, and emerging formats
What We Are Looking For
- 3+ years managing social media professionally for a brand, agency, or as a consultant
- Demonstrable track record of growing audiences and generating engagement in a business context
- Strong copywriting skills — you can write in multiple brand voices and know what resonates on each platform
- Working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
- Experience with social media scheduling and analytics tools (Buffer, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or similar)
- Ability to brief and direct creative (graphic design, short-form video) to a consistent brand standard
- Self-directed — you manage your own workflow and meet deadlines without being chased
- Excellent communication — you surface issues proactively and report clearly
Nice to Have
- Experience in a B2B technology or digital services context
- Basic graphic design capability (Canva, Figma, or Adobe)
- Short-form video production or editing skills
- Experience managing social for multiple client accounts simultaneously
